I have been going to pole dancing classes taught by Nicola, for roughly five years. It's the one place I can walk into forget everything and anything that's bothering me and just enjoy myself! Nic has created a place where girls of any age, shape or size can feel comfortable in their own skin. When I started I felt like I would never reach the skills of some of the other girls and before I knew it I was up there at the top of the pole having the whole class cheer me on. Pole dancing classes aren't just great for fitness but for happiness and boosting your confidence too! I've never looked back!
